The firm was set up in 1996 by Alessandro Zavaglia ( Professor of Corporate Tax Law at LUISS Guido Carli ) and has a streamlined organisational structure that makes the most of the autonomy and high level of expertise of everyone in the firm. We are strongly centred on client needs which enables Z&P to achieve high level goals and to meet maximum punctuality and efficiency targets.

Building on its existing strength in International Tax Law, Z&P has created a flexible network with leading consultancy firms all over the world.  This network does not involve exclusive relationships but instead ensures that the firm has widespread presence in key foreign markets and the ability to choose the best professionals and most reliable partners at an international level to best meet the needs of each individual project.
